ORAPEX is, first and foremost, a national stamp show organized by a local committee.
The show is primarily supported by its host, the RA Centre and its stamp club along
with the Ottawa Philatelic Society. Sponsors, dealers, exhibitors, philatelic societies,
volunteers and visitors make it the premiere philatelic destination on the first
weekend of May every year.
Links and names on this resource page are listed to help support you in your philatelic
pursuits. Each of the listed entities participate in the show: as award sponsors,
study group or seminar presenters or in some other official role. We strongly
encourage membership in local clubs and specialty societies - those are the places
other than stamp shows where the enjoyment of stamps and postal history come alive in a
social setting.
